Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy applies to all digital courses, workshops, and online consulting products sold through Maritime Promoter.

Digital product refund window

Refund requests for self-paced digital courses are accepted within 7 calendar days from payment, only if course access has not been used beyond the onboarding or first module.

No refund once accessed

  • No refund is available once substantial course content is accessed, downloaded, or consumed.
  • For live cohorts, no refund is available once the first live session has started.
  • No partial refunds are issued for missed sessions, delayed participation, or non-completion.

Cancellation

  • You may cancel future renewals or subscription-style plans before the next billing cycle.
  • One-time digital purchases are not cancellable after access is granted.

How to request a refund

  • Email your request from your registered email ID with order ID and purchase date.
  • Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
