Digital-only delivery

Maritime Promoter products are digital. We do not ship any physical goods.

After successful payment, access credentials and onboarding instructions are shared through registered email and/or your user dashboard.

Delivery timelines

  • Self-paced course access is typically enabled instantly after successful payment confirmation.
  • Live cohort and workshop access details are shared immediately, with schedule reminders sent before session start.
  • Consulting kickoff details are shared within the timeline committed on your proposal or invoice.

Access issues

  • If you do not receive access within 30 minutes, check spam/promotions folders first.
  • If unresolved, contact support with your transaction ID and registered email for fast verification.
